Ghanaian footballer Thomas Partey has finally revealed why he decided to become a Muslim all of a sudden even though he was known by many to be a Christian.
In a recent chat with the award-winning broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah after they have enjoyed some Ghanaian delicacies, Thomas Partey revealed that he decided to become a Muslim because of a lady he met.
Thomas added that this lady is his currently ‘wife’ who is a Muslim and he had no option but to convert because that was the request of the lady’s family.
In the video, he shared: “I have a girl I love, I know my side chics will leave me but it’s no problem… I grew up with Muslims so at the end of the day it’s the same thing”.
So if you were wondering why Partey converted to Islam, there you have it and it is purely the power of a woman, LOL.
