Former Shatta Movement militant Addi Self, real name Jafaro Mohammed, has finally come out to apologise to his former boss, Shatta Wale.

The musician in an online post is seen pleading for forgiveness and a chance to return to the fold he once proudly represented.

In the Facebook post made earlier today, Friday, June 13, 2025, the musician also asked Shatta Wale to let go of the long-standing grudge and unblock him.

He further mentioned that he has even bought a rolex watch be would love to give to him and humbly requested Shatta Wale to give him another opportunity to be part of the Shatta Movement family.

The rift, as Addi Self had previously explained in interviews, stemmed from a fallout involving Shatta Wale and rapper Kweku Smoke over an alleged stolen song.

He mentioned at the time that Shatta Wale was reportedly disappointed that the militants, including him, didn’t jump to his defense during the public spat.

According to Addi Self at the time, he failed to do what Shatta wanted because he didn’t even know Kweku Smoke personally.
