Ghanaian music producer, MOG Beatz, has launched a scathing attack on dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.

He has accused him of fraudulently claiming production credits on songs he did not produce.

In a statement shared on his X page and other pages, MOG Beatz alleged that Shatta Wale had taken credit for several songs created by him and other producers in order to secure advance payments from an international company.

According to him, this was done behind the backs of the rightful producers, without agreements or proper compensation.

“Shatta Wale, you claimed production credit for a lot of songs made by me and other producers, just to get an advance payment from an international company behind your producers’ backs—without paying them or giving them agreements,” MOG wrote.

The award-winning producer further revealed that two albums attributed to Shatta Wale have already been taken down, with more expected to follow. He urged the artiste to sell his assets and refund the company he allegedly defrauded, warning that this time legal action may follow.

“Sell your assets and refund the company you scammed. Leasing your catalog just to survive? That’s the path you chose. This time, the talk will come with action,” MOG cautioned.
