Ghanaian pastor, Henry Samuel, popularly known as Prophet Roja, has stirred widespread reactions online after delivering a prophecy about a possible new global pandemic and lockdown.
Speaking in an interview with Ohenemaa Woyeje on Angel FM, the prophet claimed that the world could soon experience another lockdown situation similar to, but more severe than, the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Prophet Roja, the anticipated crisis would result from a new virus that he believes has already emerged.
“Airports and borders of some African countries will soon be closed. There is another lockdown coming, and so when we see it like this, we only pray that God should have mercy on Ghana,” he said.
He further claimed that although countries across the world would feel the impact, African nations would suffer the most severe effects.
“Although other countries will feel the impact, African countries will have the greatest experience, and the impact would be stronger than that of COVID-19. The new virus has already been released,” he added.
The prophecy has generated intense discussion online, with some social media users expressing concern while others questioned the credibility of the claims.
