Marriage is not currently at the top of Ahuofe Patricia’s priorities as the actress says she would rather have a child than rush into settling down.
The actress, whose real name is Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, opened up about her personal life during an interview with Nana Romeo, where she discussed loneliness, motherhood and her cautious approach to marriage.
According to Ahuofe Patricia, the loss of her mother has left her dealing with moments of loneliness, and she believes having a child could help fill that emotional space.
“It gets very lonely, and at this point, I wish for anything, a child, but not a man, though. I wish I had a child,” she said.
The actress explained that although she wants to become a mother, she has not yet found the man she believes is suitable to father her child.

When questioned about why she has not had a child despite expressing such a strong desire for one, Ahuofe Patricia said the right person has simply not come into her life.
“I haven’t met the man who wants to impregnate me. The person’s actions and attitude would make me notice whether he wants to take me seriously and settle down.
“I am not really motivated to get married right now. There are a lot of things that scare me. I know someone who got married for only three weeks. I want to make sure my child has a very good foundation. I am a virgin,” she explained.
