The award-winning rapper touched down in the Ashanti Regional capital on Monday August 19, 2026, ahead of Rapperholic 2026, scheduled to take place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Sarkodie’s arrival has already generated excitement among his fans, who turned up in their numbers to welcome him into the city and give him a memorable reception.
The welcome comes after the rapper took to his X account some days ago to call on his fans in Kumasi to give him a massive reception when he arrived in the city.
His loyal fanbase appears+ to have taken the request seriously, as they came out in large numbers to provide a convoy for him.

The upcoming concert follows the successful first Rapperholic Homecoming edition at the same venue on September 27, 2025.
