Ghanaian gospel musician SK Frimpong has assembled an impressive lineup of some of the country’s biggest gospel music stars for the 10th anniversary edition of his annual Dynamic Praise concert, scheduled to take place in Takoradi.
The highly anticipated gospel event, which has become one of the notable annual worship gatherings in the Western Region, is expected to attract thousands of gospel music lovers and worshippers from across the country.
This year’s edition, which marks a decade of the concert, will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2026, at the Takoradi Mall Event Centre.
The event is expected to begin at 4:00 PM and as the 10th Anniversary of Dynamic Praise, it is themed “Gratitude”, with the accompanying message “This God Can Be Trusted.”
SK Frimpong has secured the services of several celebrated gospel musicians and ministers to make the anniversary celebration a memorable one.
Among the big names billed to perform at the event are multiple award-winning gospel musicians Piesie Esther, Joyce Blessing and Amy Newman.
They will be joined by other prominent gospel ministers and musicians, including Rev. Moses OK, Pastor Isaiah Ofosu Kwakye Jnr, Yefter Nkansah and Psalmist Sam.
The impressive lineup and SK Frimpong himself are expected to give patrons an unforgettable experience as the artistes lead them through moments of praise, worship and thanksgiving.
Dynamic Praise has, over the years, established itself as an important gospel music event in Takoradi, drawing attention to the city’s growing influence on Ghana’s gospel music scene.
The concert has also provided a platform for established and emerging gospel musicians to minister to audiences while celebrating the goodness of God through music.
For its 2025 edition, SK Frimpong extended the concert beyond Takoradi to Kumasi and Accra, taking the gospel event to three major cities in the country.
The decision to expand the event beyond its traditional home demonstrated the growing ambition of the musician to make Dynamic Praise a major national gospel music gathering.
The 10th anniversary celebration is therefore expected to be particularly special, considering the journey the event has taken and the calibre of musicians assembled for this year’s edition.
