Ghanaian songstress Efya and her Nigerian singer husband, Tomi Thomas, have held a christening ceremony for their beautiful baby girl following their lavish wedding celebrations.
The couple, who have become the talk of social media after tying the knot in a colourful traditional marriage and an elegant white wedding, have taken this important step as well.
The christening ceremony, which took place at an Assemblies of God church, was officiated by Reverend Stephen Wengam, the leader of the church.
Their daughter, who has been given the beautiful name Zoe-Blair Adara Nana Efya Ankyaa Oluwateniayo Thomas, was the centre of attention as family members and loved ones gathered to witness the special occasion.
The ceremony was a beautiful one as both parents were spotted in their adorable white attires.
Efya and Tomi Thomas’ journey into parenthood first attracted public attention in February 2026 when videos from their private wedding ceremony surfaced online, showing the Ghanaian songstress with a visibly grown baby bump.
The development sparked excitement among fans, many of whom congratulated the couple as they celebrated their union.
The award-winning singer later proudly flaunted her pregnancy during her performance with Sarkodie at the Rapperholic concert held at London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 6, 2026.
Efya initially appeared on stage with a white cloth covering her outfit before removing it to reveal her baby bump, drawing cheers and excitement from the audience.
In June 2026, reports emerged that Efya had quietly welcomed her first child, with an insider reportedly confirming that she had given birth in May.
The singer had kept much of her pregnancy and childbirth journey private, making the news particularly exciting for her fans. Her daughter’s christening now offers another glimpse into the couple’s family life as they celebrate the arrival of their beautiful baby girl.
