Winner of Best Celebrity Makeup Artiste of the Year at the just-ended Africa Tertiary Entrepreneurs Award (ATEA) at Holiday Inn Hotel in Accra, Ms. Mina Lawani, affectionately called Minalyn Touch, has expressed her joy for being counted among the best in the country.
For her, the award came as an inspiration to spur her on in the quest to become an agent of change in the Ghanaian Makeup industry.
In an interview with The Spectator, she said, “I feel amazingly grateful for how far the Lord has brought me and I am very elated for winning this award.”
According to her, the award meant everything to her career and a recognition of her good works over the years.
This, she said, would give her the zeal to work harder and put a smile on the faces of her clients.
“This is the beginning of greater things about to happen in my life. It’s a life-changing opportunity and I feel delighted to be part of it. I’m very pleased to be counted among the best makeup artists in Ghana,” she stressed.

Minalyn Touch revealed that prayers, hard work, determination and the will to be better every day culminated in her success and urged aspiring make-up artistes to exhibit the virtues of patience and honesty as well as the humility to learn from the best to attain enviable heights.
She recently opened an ultra-modern makeup studio at Achimota.
