Ghanaian comedian, Comedian Waris known in real life as Abdul Waris Umaru, has opened up about the aftermath of his viral negative tweet about Sarkodie’s daughter, Titi.

While speaking in an interview with Zionfelix on Zionfelix Uncut, Comedian Waris revealed that his worst low moment was when he received backlash over the tweet he made about Titi.

According to him, he did not expect to receive such backlash and it appeared many people came at him for making the comments.

Comedia Waris added that the backlash sent him into depression which saw him crying for days.

He said when he wakes up, he is unable to get out of bed and the only thing he could do was to cry his eyes out.

He said his comments were quite unfortunate and that he regretted even thinking up the idea.

Waris however noted that he was disappointed with how some of his colleague celebs took the matter and also joined in the backlash.

He said he had learnt a lot from the mistake and that he was now stronger and tougher to resist any form of criticism.
