John Dumelo has commented on the rent issue in Ghana again.
Some months ago, he suggested how the challenge can be solved.
In a new post sighted by Zionfelix.net, the actor cum politician stated that authorities should apply force in solving this challenge.

He said if some landlords who take two years’ rent advance are arrested, the rest will stop.

John Dumelo tweeted: “If one or two landlords are arrested for demanding 2 years rent advance, the rest will stop!”
Per the rent act, landlords are not supposed to take more than six months’ rent advance.
