A Freemason Ghanaian pastor, Bishop Elvis Oppong Suleman has said there is no prophet in the country.

He made this remark on the Uncut Show with Zion Felix when his opinion was sought about the numerous prophecies being made on the eve of every New Year.

The General Overseer of Changers Chapel Worldwide asserted that he has not come across any prophet in Ghana.

He indicated that their actions do not portray any prophetic skills.
According to him, the country can boast of big men of God he respects but they are not prophets.

Bishop Oppong Suleman argued that the way these men of God operate is different from how true prophets operate.

When he was asked who a prophet is, he answered someone who speaks by divine inspiration; someone who is an interpreter of the will of God.

He added that he has not even seen any prophet in Nigeria.

Bishop Elvis Oppong Suleman further stated that prophets are very powerful men of God who make timely commands like how Elijah commanded fire from heaven to consume his enemies.
