The highly anticipated return of the most watched and popular Ghanaian TV series, “You Only Live Once” (YOLO), saw its first premiere On International Labour Day, May 1 with a massive turn out of people.
The third day of the premiere, 3rd May 2019, at the Silverbird Cinema, Accra Mall seems to be one of the highest recorded so far.
The Silverbird Cinema saw a huge turn out of people for both the first and seconds shows which were at 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm respectively.
Aside the huge number of movie lovers who were there on the day, the director of the award-winning TV show, Ivan Quashigah, Season 5 writer Selassie Yao, and characters like Drogba, King George, Lydia, Odenkyem, Flex, Martha, Tilly, Ariana, Mark Antony, and others were there.
