Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo has expressed his confusion over legal issues surrounding the handling of cigarettes and marijuana in Ghana.
The renowned actor took to his official Facebook page to ask for clarification from the public.
He acknowledged that it is legally accepted for a person to buy and smoke cigarettes in Ghana but marijuana, also known as weed cannot be bought and smoked in the country.

To him, it’s quiet difficult to understand considering the fact that both substances are harmful.
