The CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah got social media talking Saturday when he made an Instagram post about the late Ebony.

The businessman in the post said he had a meeting with the singjay the Tuesday before her demise to talk about the possibilities of signing her to Zylofon Media. This post he made on Twitter and reproduced on his Instagram page has been given different interpretations but Nana Appiah says most of the meanings attributed to his comment are wrong.

“We had a fruitful meeting and reached an Agreement just last Tuesday. “Please help me pay him for my bail out. I want to be free”. I hope you’re free now & find absolute peace in the bosom of the almighty God. Let’s pay CRITICAL ATTENTION to our female artists.#RIPEbony” Zionfelix.net saw him tweet on Saturday.

In a tweet early Sunday to clarify his earlier statement, the father of one disclosed that “The earlier assertion has nothing to do with her record label and her manager. There’s nothing wrong with committing to a contract and wanting to satisfy”.

Mr. Appiah Mensah further said he will talk much about his post on Monday, February 12 morning on Zylofon 102.1 FM.

Ebony died in a car accident on Thursday, February 8 when returning to Accra from Sunyani after visiting family with friends.
