In the wake of the discussions of supposed lookalikes of some Ghanaian musicians and how their activities on social media are wrong, Fameye has presented a different viewpoint.

Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz shown Saturday, April 15, 2023, Fameye praised his lookalike for comporting himself ever since he started going around on social media like the others.

According to Fameye, someone informed him that a gentleman claimed he resembled him and was calling himself Junior Fameye so he was tempted to look him up.

To his surprise, when he checked out the guy’s page, he realized that there was a little resemblance, especially, from his days of ‘Nothing I Get’ when he struggled to find his feet.

The ‘Praise’ hitmaker added that he was also impressed about the way Junior Fameye was so much into his music and has almost dueted all his songs and shared them online.

In the opinion of Fameye, that made him feel quite happy because if not for anything at all, people who follow the gentleman and do not already know him will begin to check out his music.

After praising Junior Fameye and all the positive he sees in this lookalike craze, the award-winning musician was quick to warn that under no circumstance should his lookalike begin to go around to impersonate him by collecting money from people to play shows in his name.
