Musician Quamina MP has provided some reasons for which he believes the activities of the supposed lookalikes of Ghanaian musicians must be checked as soon as possible.

Speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz show which is hosted by MzGee, Quamini MP disclosed that he was booked for a show at a school in the Eastern Region recently.

He added that while he was on his way to the show, he got wind of the fact that the gentleman who claims to be his lookalike had already made his way to the show and mounted the stage to perform.

Unfortunately, the guy could not perform most of his songs and eventually, he had to leave the stage earlier than he would have done if he was the one who mounted the stage — a situation Quamina MP reveals got the organizers of the said show in the school and the entire student body angry with him.

When the host of the show, MzGee asked Quamina MP if he had taken any steps to reach out to this guy and ask him to stop what he was doing, the ‘Wiase’ hitmaker disclosed that he was yet to do that.
