He stressed the importance of inclusivity, particularly engaging skit makers and digital creators who are increasingly contributing to the entertainment industry.

“We believe involving everyone will bring renewed strength to the industry,” President Hayford said. “Our focus is to unify the film industry, including skit creators who are now contributing massively to entertainment.”

To ensure transparency and accountability, the new executive team will consult industry experts and professionals. President Hayford also highlighted plans to partner with local TV stations to establish fair revenue-sharing models for producers.

“It’s time filmmakers earn revenue for their creative investments,” he emphasized. “We will engage broadcasters to create fair revenue-sharing models.”
