Evangelist Patricia Asieduaa Asiamah, widely known as Agradaa, has extended support to inmates at the Nsawam Female Prison as she marked 40 days since her release from the facility.
In a video sighted online, the evangelist visited the prison alongside her husband, Angel Asiamah, and members of her church, known as “Prayer Towers.”
During the visit, Agradaa presented an envelope containing a cash donation to officials of the female wing of the prison.
Explaining the motivation behind her gesture, Agradaa said the donation was her way of showing appreciation and support to inmates she once lived among.
She revealed that after making inquiries, she was informed that the female section currently houses 101 inmates. Based on this, she allocated a total of GH₵11,100, ensuring that each inmate would receive GH₵100.
“This is my way of remembering them and letting them know they are not forgotten,” she stated.
A representative of the prison received the donation on behalf of the inmates and expressed gratitude for the gesture, describing it as thoughtful and compassionate.
The official also commended Agradaa for maintaining a connection with the inmates even after her release.
