Angel Asiamah, husband of Ghanaian evangelist Patricia Asiamah, has broken his silence following viral allegations that he fathered a child with another woman during his wife’s incarceration in 2025.
The controversy began when a young woman took to social media claiming she had been in a secret romantic relationship with Angel Asiamah. She alleged that the relationship resulted in a child and accused him of neglecting his responsibilities.
The woman further stated her intention to hand over the child to Asiamah for care, intensifying public interest in the matter.
In a video shared on May 3, 2026, Agradaa, founder of Heaven Way International Ministry, strongly rejected the claims, describing them as false.
She issued an ultimatum to the accuser, demanding that she present the alleged child in person or face legal action. Agradaa also indicated her willingness to take custody of the child if the claims were proven.
Additionally, she threatened legal action against a blogger who had interviewed the woman and amplified the allegations on social media.
In a subsequent development, the woman, accompanied by her brother, released a video on May 4, 2027, publicly apologizing to both Agradaa and her husband.
According to the brother, the allegations were fabricated purely for content creation purposes. He pleaded for forgiveness on behalf of his sister, acknowledging the seriousness of the claims.
