Popular Ghanaian TikToker and social media influencer Asantewaa has caused some stir across social media after making a chilling statement suggesting she could take her own life if she is not given the chance to explain the ongoing issues between her and her younger brother, Kay Vile.
In a TikTok live session sighted by Zionfelix.net, the influencer broke down in tears as she opened up about the family rift, claiming she has endured months of emotional pain without understanding why her younger brother suddenly cut ties with her.
According to Asantewaa, she still has no idea what she did wrong to warrant her brother’s actions.
“If you don’t allow me to let this pain in me come out, I promise you guys you won’t see me alive. I’m almost done. I won’t be here for long. I see all my loved ones calling me. That is why the line keeps breaking. Please let me let it out. I’m doing this not because I want people to feel sad for me. No, I need to make things clear,” she said while fighting back tears.
She went on to reveal that she woke up one day only to realise Kay Vile had blocked her on all social media platforms without offering any explanation.
“I woke up one day and realised I had been blocked on all the social media platforms where my brother and I followed each other, for no reason. But the kind of ego my brother has… I’ve lived with him all these years. He doesn’t even care how you feel,” she stated.
Asantewaa also recounted what she described as one of the most heartbreaking moments during the family dispute.
According to her, she rushed to the Ridge Hospital after learning that her brother had been admitted in a critical condition. However, her attempt to see him allegedly ended in humiliation after a nurse informed her that Kay Vile had instructed hospital staff not to allow her into his room.
“Because he was in a critical condition, almost all my family members were there. I saw a cousin come out of the room and was about to enter when a nurse stopped me and said my brother had instructed them not to allow me in. I was embarrassed. I was sad. Whatever the issue was, I still don’t know, and I left,” she narrated.
The video has since gone viral, with many social media users expressing concern over Asantewaa’s well-being and urging her to seek support while hoping the family can settle their differences.
The development comes just weeks after Asantewaa confirmed the end of her relationship with her longtime partner and baby daddy, AMG Armani.
The TikTok star had earlier fueled speculation after posting videos of herself crying on social media before later confirming during a live session that she and AMG Armani had broken up about a month earlier.
While she acknowledged the separation, she declined to disclose what led to the split, saying she had cried, healed and was now focused on moving forward and raising her children.
