Ghanaian dancehall star  has paid a visit to one of the young men who sustained injuries during the chaotic scenes that preceded the cancellation of ShattaFest UK.

The visit comes days after the much-anticipated ShattaFest UK event was cancelled following overcrowding and a reported crowd-related incident at the venue.

Several people were reportedly affected during the chaos, with images and videos showing some individuals being assisted by emergency personnel.

While reports of deaths and stabbings circulated on social media, organisers subsequently denied those claims, while authorities reported non-life-threatening injuries.

Against this backdrop, Shatta Wale chose to personally reach out to some of the people affected.

In a video shared online, the award-winning musician was seen visiting one of the young men reportedly injured during the incident at his home.

The musician did not arrive empty-handed.

Shatta Wale reportedly went along with hampers, flowers and gift cards, which he presented to the young man as a gesture of love, concern and support.

The young man’s mother was visibly appreciative of Shatta Wale’s gesture and, in a touching moment, reportedly told the musician that his visit was not even necessary because of how much she and her family love him and appreciate everything he does.

Sharing the video online, Shatta Wale’s Public Relations Officer, Sammy Flex added the caption:

“In times of pain and uncertainty, true leadership is not about words—it’s about showing up. Shatta Wale has taken a deeply touching step by visiting some of the affected persons from the Shattafest UK incident in their homes.

This gesture goes beyond a simple visit. It is a powerful reminder that the bond between an artiste and his fans is built on love, trust, loyalty, and genuine care. When the people who stand behind you are hurting, you stand with them.

Big ups to Shatta Wale and the entire Shatta Movement UK team for this heartfelt gesture.

The fans stood with him. Now, he is standing with them. That’s family.”
