After all the backlash on social media yesterday following his decision to post a cartoon that depicts the death of George Floyd to make a political statement in Ghana, the National Communication officer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has finally spoken.

Speaking early Wednesday morning on Adom FM’s ‘Dwaso Nsem’ show, Sammy Gyamfi stated categorically that he was not going to apologize.

According to him, his actions were not wrong and as such, he does not see the sense in an apology.

Sammy Gyamfi maintains that the actions of the Electoral Commission in Ghana are evil and there is no difference between that and what sadly happened to George Floyd in America.
