Child actor Strika has for the first time been honoured since he featured in popular movie, Best of No Nation which was released three years back, Zionfelix.net can say.
The actor real name Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye was honoured by the Helping Hand International organization after the outfit carefully studied his craft.
The young boy according to information Zionfelix.net has gathered was honoured for his works as an actor for the past years. Strika in a Facebook post Zionfelix.net sighted following the reward expressed his gratitude to the organizing for giving him his first award since he started acting and featured in his first major movie, Beast of No Nation in 2015.
He also promised to do more as an actor to also help change the country.
Strike in the post wrote “It matters not how strong a person is or how alone a person can stand, sometimes in life, you need someone to look at you in the eye and say “YOU DID GOOD”. This citation from Helping Hand International (HHI) has really given me some inner strength and encouragement to do more as an actor and a Ghanaian.
This is the FIRST time I am receiving such honor after #BONN came out. It tells me that I haven’t been forgotten, it tells me that people will not just ask for photographs with me and walk away and pretend they don’t no me the next time we meet. As a young boy growing up, I wish I would be appreciated more by society and given more love to strengthen me to keep pushing hard.
Thank you Helping Hand International for this honor, forever I will remember.”
Helping Hands International, the organization which honoured Strika is an empowerment based membership program, a global empowerment opportunity born out of passion for helping the less privileged.
