Well, it seems that is the case from the looks of a picture she posted on her Instagram page on mother’s day and the caption she added.

It is quite strange not because Afia Pokuaa can not give birth but the fact that she has been able to keep such a piece of information from the eyes of the media all these years – if he is not even a brother.
