Afia Schwarzenegger has initiated legal proceedings against Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, alleging contempt of court.
The writ of summons indicated that they started the process based on a recent incident where Lawyer Ampaw purportedly made disparaging remarks about Afia Schwarzenegger in defiance of a court order.
Also, according to the document, Lawyer Ampaw’s remarks, deemed contemptuous, were in direct violation of a previous ruling.
The summons further demands that Lawyer Ampaw appear in court to address the allegations and face the consequences of his actions.
Afia also added Kasapa FM to the suit for allowing Lawyer Maurice Ampaw to use their platform to speak and malign her.
