After many years of not hearing from one of the best gospel music groups in the country, Jane & Bernice, Bernice has come out to announce that she is now a solo artiste.
Bernice Acheampong speaking to Zionfelix.net on Thursday, November 16 2017, when she donated items worth thousands of dollars to the people of Nyanyano at Kasoa in the Central Region confirmed that the group has collapsed and she cannot hide it anymore.
Mrs. Acheampong detailing the need to go solo revealed that Jane, the other half of the group is currently in the United States of America schooling so she thought it wise to continue her passion to allow the colleague focus on her education.
Bernice who currently resides in Columbus, Ohio in the USA further said “there is no bad blood between us” adding that she is sure Jane who has also relocated to Chicago in the USA will return to music when she is done with school.
Bernice Acheampong in 2017 released an album titled “My Help” and was launched in Columbus, Ohio to raise funds for her foundation, Beechamp Charity Foundation.
Jane & Bernice before their split released hit songs like “Waka Nea Maye”, “Se Nye Yesu Mogya Nua”, “I Will Bless You”, “Wo Mre Pa Mu”, “Mahuoden Wie Peye” and many others.
