With many people already congratulating Bill Asamoah and others celebrating his appointment as one of Ghana’s many tourism ambassadors, popular Kumasi based entertainment pundit, Amandzeba Fiifi Smith has stated categorically that he disagrees entirely with the minister of Tourism and Creative Arts, Madam Catherine Afeku for the appointment.
According to Amandzeba, the NPP as a party has on numerous occasions failed to reward people who have been very loyal to them. He alleged that Bill Asamoah is a known member of the opposition National Democratic Congress and was not part of those who worked tirelessly in the round up to the 2016 general election and as such, he does not deserve to be appointed a tourism ambassador at a time the NPP is in power.
In the interview on monitored by zionfelix.net on Abusua FM’s ‘Abusua Entertainment Show’ hosted by Austine Woode, the former manager of the musician Krymi also alleged that Bill Asamoah even worked behind the scenes against the NPP manifesto when they (members of the NPP) were working their butts off to propagate the message in it.
Mr. Smith did not end his allegations there as he also made the shocking the revelation that the appointment which was given to the President of the Actors Guide in Kumasi was initially for Kumawood actress Matilda Asante.
Asked if all these his allegations had any unturnable evidence to back it up, Amandzeba Fiifi Smith stated that he had one which he was not going to disclose on the show but will provide it at a press conference he was set to organize very soon with other people who were unhappy with the appointment.
