It was widely speculated yesterday. August 3, 2021, that barely 24 hours after her announcement as a new addition to the Metro TV family, tough-speaking media personality, Bridget Otoo was allegedly sacked by her employers under the instruction of the governing NPP.

After her initial cryptic post to shoot down these reports, Bridget Otoo has shared a new post to finally confirm that she is still with her new TV station.

The post sighted by zionfelix.net makes it quite obvious that Metro TV had not directed the former TV3 presenter to leave just a day after employing her as some known NDC supporters had suggested.

Bridget Otoo shared some photos with the caption which explains that she is being prepped up by the Editor of the station to get ready to host the station’s flagship news bulletin program, ‘News Nite’ which airs between the hours of 7-8 PM each weekday.
