GhOne Television presenter, Nana Aba Anamoah has said Nana Ama Mcbrown is not her mate when it comes to parenting.

She made this pronouncement when she was called via phone to contribute to a discussion on celebrity parenting in Ghana on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’.

When the host, Nana Ama Mcbrown queried about how long the GhOne Presenter has been a mother, she retorted: “He is 19 years old now. You are not my age mate in this game so call me auntie.”

Nana Aba opened up that parenting is not a journey without challenges.

“It’s been excellent, it’s been wonderful. You cannot have such a story without challenges as well. It wasn’t smooth throughout. When you raise a child you want him to grow up to be better than you, to have the things you didn’t have growing up. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your needs and wants for them. You want to have a sense of pride when people say that is the son of Nana Aba,” she said.

Nana Aba advised people to be patient and wait for the best time people giving birth, adding that they should try and raise children who can make a positive societal impact.

“God’s time is the best…it is about raising a quality child that would add up to society.”

The fun-filled program also had inputs from John Dumelo, Bulldog, Yvonne Nelson and Shatta Wale.

For his part, Kumawood actor, Lilwin disclosed having four (4) children and not two (2) as it was announced by the host earlier.

“If you don’t get a partner who understands the nature of your job as an entertainer, they will get fed up and it would bring confusion into the relationship. Love doesn’t pay bills,” he stated.

The comic actor added: “…whenever I spend time with the children I make sure they have a good time whenever I am home.”
