Dada Hafco Backs Legendary music Producer, Zapp Mallet; Tells Sarkodie & Others To Put Some Respect On His Name

Highlife musician/entertainment pundit, Dada Hafco has also waded into the ongoing discussion about legendary music producer/sound engineer/singer Zapp Mallet telling Sarkodie to give him some respect after he paired him with relatively younger producers for a ‘battle’ on social media.

While Zapp Mallet feels that the pairing was very needless because the producers/sound engineers Sarkodie paired him with are in the ‘kindergarten’, many tweeps are of a different opinion.

Most of these tweeps are busily lashing out at the legend for simply saying his piece.
But in a Facebook post sighted on Dada Hafco’s wall, he states emphatically that Zapp Mallet should even be mentioned in this whole ‘battle’ because he is far gone.

He added that if things are supposed to be put in their right perspective, Zapp Mallet can be described as one of the people who trained most of the young ones so people should try and respect him.

“Zapp mallet shouldn’t even be in the conversation, he’s millions of Miles above it.
Is like trying to compare a producer of today to Uncle Fred Kyei Mensah, Disrespectful.
He trained your favorite producer’s favourite producer’s boss, they opened the floodgates for all these to be happening on these streets. Even a lot of the names being mentioned today cant be compared to Willie Roy of blessed memory. Learn your history and take a chill pill….”, Dada Hafco wrote.
