Ghanaian musician, Kwaw Kese has asked Gabby Otchere-Darko, one of the leading members of the ruling New Patriotic Party and a man rumored to have the ears of the sitting President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, what he thinks about Ghana getting her own airline company.

Until 2004, Ghana could boast of a national carrier called Ghana Airways after the company was established in the year, 1958. However, due to the financial problems the company faced, they were forced to cease operation, and all efforts to revive its operation as recent as 2020 have not seen the light of the day.

However, after sighting a tweet of Gabby Otchere-Darko on Twitter trying to highlight the racist treatments Ghanaians allegedly suffer at the hands of carriers like Delta Air, the Mad Time Records boss ignited the talks about re-establishing an airline company that will be solely Ghanaian.

Gabby’s tweet asked these airline companies to treat Ghanaians as equals and stop being racist.

Kwaw Kese while reacting to the above simply asked if the renowned lawyer did not think it was time for Ghana to have her own airline company.
