Ghanaian actor Don Little has left fans surprised after recounting an unusual childhood experience involving encounters with mystical dwarves, claiming that the creatures repeatedly took him away from his family before returning him home.
The diminutive Kumawood actor shared the story during an interview on the Atuu Show, where he reflected on an experience he said occurred when he was still a very young child.
According to Don Little, the incident happened when his mother took him to his father’s hometown to fulfil certain traditional family obligations.
He explained that during their stay in the community, his mother once put him to bed and briefly left to attend to something, only to return and discover that he had mysteriously disappeared.
The unexpected development reportedly left his mother terrified, prompting her to search for him and ask people in the community if they had seen him.
However, Don Little claimed that the explanation she received was far from what she had expected.
“There was a time she had put me to bed and had stepped out to get something; when she returned, I wasn’t anywhere to be found. So, she panicked and asked around. That was when she was told that I had been taken by dwarves and would be brought back. And true, they brought me back,” he recounted.
Don Little Says Dwarves Repeatedly Took Him Away
The actor further disclosed that the alleged disappearance was not an isolated incident, claiming that similar episodes occurred repeatedly throughout the family’s stay in the town.
According to him, the creatures would allegedly take him to their land, where they played with him and fed him before returning him to his family.
Don Little described the encounters as a recurring experience during that period of his childhood.
“It became a regular thing. The dwarves would always come for me, take me to their land, play with me and feed me and bring me back,” he stated.
