Actress and TV presenter, Matilda Adjoa Densu, popularly knowns as AJ Pounds, has shared the story of how she sadly had to leave Central University Colleague when she was at level 200 some six years ago because she was at the time pregnant with her first child.

AJ told Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show that even though her plan was to defer the course initially, she later came to the conclusion not to continue her education at the institution because the financial burden became too much and also the responsibilities that came with catering for her newly born baby was huge.

The TV Africa “Pae Mu Ka” show host also stressed that her story should be one that will give a lot of people the hope that giving up in this life is not an option they should think off when they find themselves in difficult situations.

The mother of one added that should her desire to continue achieving great things through education had seized when she had this problem some years ago, then, she wouldn’t have enrolled as an undergraduate again.

AJ Pounds is currently a student of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Aside from the great desire, she has for her education, she has also done a lot of great work on TV as an actress featuring in movies like Makeup Girl, Bongo Clinic, The Battle, Once Upon The 80s many others.
