On Sunday, February 2, the music industry of Ghana was hit with sad news about the untimely demise of highlife gem, Kofi Boakye who is popularly known as Kofi B.

Sad as it is, customs demanded that his family sat down to decide on the most suitable date to hold his one-week observation rites, where they will decide the final date they will bid him a proper farewell from the land of the living.

It is common that most families will fix the observation rites exactly a week after the death of the person, however, the case of Kofi B is one of those exceptions.

According to what zionfelix.net has gathered his one-week observation will come off on Sunday, February 16, 2020.

This information was made public by the family’s spokesperson in an interview with Kweku Burundi on the mid-morning show of OMAN FM Tuesday morning.
