Budding musician, Chikel Baibe has incurred the wrath of a section of Ghanaians for what they describe as indecent exposure by the musician during her performance at ‘Explosive Party’ which was organized by Mankessim Connect in collaboration with Sultan Energy Drink recently.
According to some social media users who were not entirely pleased with the manner the 18-year-old musician whined her waist and twerked her small butts during her performance, it is totally wrong for an up and coming young musician like herself to decide to use such a profane manner to get peoples attention.
@iammrsbay, one of the people who blasted her, wrote under the video Zionfelix posted on his Instgram handle: “Someone please get her a big towel I think she just came out of a swimming pool ab3n nonsense dressing nsu nyi?”
Another person with the handle @transformation_for_men_women also wrote: “Aaa now everything wants to b like ebony, see her fav red shoe, the body exposure is too much y”

Some others also felt that the manner she was styled before she came on stage to give out that splendid performance was total Ludacris.

Well, if you have been Ghana for all this while, then the current attacks and backlash on Chikel Baibe bring to mind just one thing, the case of the late sensational musician, Ebony Reigns (may her soul rest in perfect peace).
She was treated with the same disdain when she burst onto to the music scene initially for similar reasons and at the end, she was hailed. Will it be the same for the ‘Kwaku’ hitmaker?
