Mr. Asamoah, the boss of Totmobi Inc through his lawyers, Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. has threatened to sue young singer Yaa Jackson for breach of contract.

The lawyers in a statement of notice sent to the musician dated 18th February 2019 zionfelix.net has chanced on said their client had a 5-year contract with the musician before she recently inked a new one with Ghanaian international footballer, Richmond Boakye Yiadom’s Magic Empire record label. According to the statement, Yaa Jackson did not terminate the contract nor served the five years with Totmobi Inc before signing a new deal with Magic Empire hence the decision to take legal actions against her should she fail to correct her mistake.

The lawyers asked Yaa Jackson to contact their client to “remedy the said breach under the agreement within a period of thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter” else Mr. Asamoah wants her to be sued.

Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. in the demand notice made it known that Totmobi Inc has invested a lot into Yaa Jackson’s brand so cannot watch whilst she walks away without them benefitting from their sweat.

Zionfelix.net reported not lng ago that the ‘Tear Rubber’ hitmaker had signed a five year deal with Magic Empire record label and will be managed by Guru’s former manager, Ray Moni.
