Celebrated Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu has reacted to claims from his colleague actor and perceived ‘junior brother’, Frank Naro that he allegedly had some monetary problems with him because funds they got from Kwaku Manu’s first album he (Frank Naro) featured on was not properly accounted for and as such their break apart.
Speaking on ‘Uncut’ hosted by Zionfelix during the grand opening of Tracy Boakye’s Shortcode bar and lounge on Saturday night, Kwaku stated that he was very shocked when he heard the ‘Abena’ singer making those pronouncements when he recently appeared on the ‘Uncut’ show. Bo Siga revealed that he only featured Frank Naro on the songs and that they were never a group and as a result, those remarks passed by Frank makes him an ungrateful person.
He added that Frank Naro was only a young boy at the time who didn’t really have anybody in the industry. As such, he took him as a younger brother and fed, clothed and housed him for years before he, Naro became accepted as an entertainer.
The ‘Abodam’ actor also reacted to Frank Naro’s claim that he met Ghana Black Stars players John Mensah and Asamoah Gyan through his own effort. Bob Siga revealed that it was through him that the younger actor cum musician met these two great footballers. He stated that he held the hands of Frank Naro and led him to the Black Stars camp back in the days when they were camping at the Golden Tulip hotel in Kumasi.
In his closing submission, angry Kwaku Manu urged Frank Naro to be humble in some of his pronouncements. He also told him to be careful not to bite the hands that fed him at some point in time because he is still young in the showbiz industry.
