The latest update on the number of coronavirus disease cases in Ghana as of Wednesday, April 1, 2020, has revealed that the number of people infected has increased to 195.

This update was given by the Health Minister, Kwaku Agyeman-Manu when he addressed the media at a press briefing.

Even though he did not give further details on the new cases, he, however, confirmed that the death toll still stands at five.

The good news he added was that seven more COVID-19 patients have been discharged, which brings the total number of recovery patients to 38.
