Ghanaian actress, Gloria Sarfo was the only Ghanaian who clinched an award at the 2020 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).
She was crowned as the best-supporting actress at the 7th edition of the AMVCA which took place at the Eko expo hall, Eko Suites and Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on Saturday, March 14.
Gloria Sarfo, the only Ghanaian nominee in this year’s award scheme won following her role in Shirley Frimpong Manso’s film ‘The Perfect Picture’, 10 years after its production.

She beat Toni Tones ‘King of Boys’, Eucharia Annuobi ‘The Foreigner’s God’, Tina Mba ‘The Set-Up’ and Mary Lazarus ‘Size 12’ to win this prestigious award.
