Ghanaian television presenter, Stacy Amoateng has revealed how his pair with Bola Ray aided the success of TV3’s ‘Music Music’ Show.

Speaking in an interview with Zion Felix on the ‘Uncut Show’, Stacy recounted how her friend, Paa Kwasi Ackom, a director for the ‘Music Music’ show introduced her to his Boss the first day that he [Paa Kwesi] informed her about his willingness for her to host the show.

According to her, Paa Kwesi’s Boss, known as Sammy Adane was also impressed after they had a conversation.

Immediately after the conversation, Mr Adane asked her [Stacy] to shoot a promo for the show.

When the deal was sealed, the management was looking for another person to join her, and she hurriedly recommended Bola Ray, who was his friend.

Stacy said Bola was the talk of the town at that time because he was so loud on Top Radio. Following her recommendation, Mark Sam who was also at the station supported it and an approach was made for Bola Ray to join the ‘Music Music’ team.

She said the show was spiced up by adding certain structures when Bola join her to host the show.

She also appreciated the effort of the director Paa Kwasi Ackom who did not impose anything on them—but liked teamwork.

Stacy, who hosted the ‘Music Music’ show for 13 years, said contributing to the success of the show with Bola Ray and others were so fascinating, adding that they were like family.
