Veteran Ghanaian Highlife musician, Nana Acheampong, has talked about the exploits of her daughter, Gyakie in the music scene.

He was happy about Gyakie’s feat in the Ghanaian music scene when speaking in an interview with ZionFelix.

The 57-year-old musician opened up about how he reacted when his daughter was to travel to Nigeria for an event.

Nana Acheampong revealed he cried when Gyakie told him she was going to Nigerian for a show.

According to him, it was tears of joy.

Nana was elated about his daughter’s breakthrough.

He recalled taking her to the studio to record songs when Gyakie was six years old.

Nana Acheampong has not regretted introducing her daughter to music and supporting her at a very young age to date.

The veteran music hinted that he had songs with Gyakie which are yet to be released.

Nana Acheampong is set to release his new song featuring Fameye on Friday, April 19, 2024.
