Veteran Ghanaian highlife artiste, Lucky Mensah has shared what he has been able to acquire through music.
Lucky, who was speaking with Zion Felix on the Uncut Show, recounted the difficulties he went through in life before things change for better.
After the struggles and perseverance, Lucky Mensah revealed owning a 15-bedroom mansion, 18 bedroom hotel and other companies.
The ‘Come Back’ hitmaker said he acquired all these properties through music.
Luckily for him, some of his songs were bought with a huge sum of monies which gave him financial freedom.
He disclosed how his ‘Nkrato)’ song shaped his life following its release. According to him, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) bought the song looking at how controversial it was but he declined to disclose the amount involved.
When he was asked why NDC bought the song, he answered maybe they feared their opponents (NPP) would have used it for the campaign prior to the 2012 elections in Ghana.
