Controversial Ghanaian musician, Barima Sidney has said he is willing to support political parties based on certain conditions.
First of all, the hiplife artiste stated that he is ready to work with political parties who will request his services.
Again, Sidney revealed he will support political parties who have policies that will help the development of the nation.
“In the world of creativity, there is no discrimination or else if people enter barbershops, they would ask if the barber belongs to NPP or NDC before allowing them to trim their hairs so if any party approaches me, so long as I know how to do what they want me to do, I will do it,” he said in an interview with Dr Cann on Happy FM.
According to him, campaigning for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in 2016 doesn’t mean he cannot do the same for other political parties.
Sidney stressed that he is working as a musician—and not a politician.
His decision to campaign for the NPP in 2016 he explained it was as a result of the Free Senior High School policy which he touted as a good policy.
