Ghanaian rapper Dee Money has shut door on friendship in the music business.

The “Trapgod Ataankpa” rapper revealed that having friends in the music industry is not a healthy venture especially if you want to excel.

He made this known in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz entertainment review show.

Explaining his point of view, he stated that there a different kinds of people in the music industry.

One group are people who feed their families from the industry on one hand and others like him (Dee Money) who do it for the passion, he said.

As a result, the first group sees things differently because of the money they need hence they don’t hesitate to make certain decisions without considering the detriments to their friends.

Due to these instances Dee Money said it’s better to concentrate on your business than to make friends in the industry.
