Ghanaian actor and politician, John Dumelo has boasted about his benevolence following the outbreak of Coronavirus.

The Ayawaso West Wuogon aspiring Member of Parliament told Nana Romeo in an interview monitored by Zionfelix.net on Accra FM that, his donations outweigh what the sitting MP, Madam Lydia Seyram Alhassan has done.

When the number of items donated by the sitting MP was mentioned to him, John Dumelo bluffed he has donated more rice and other items than the former.

The popular Ghanaian actor admitted that Madam Seyram has the resources at her disposal because her government is in power.

He posited it is part of her responsibilities to do something as a sitting MP in times like these.

John Dumelo emphasized the sitting MP’s status does not put fear in him and he will do all he can to help the vulnerable.

Madam Seyram Alhassan was reported to have donated 3000 bags of rice, 500 crates of eggs, 1500 nose masks and 200 pieces of nose masks.

He revealed he is still on the field contributing his widow’s mite to the needy.
