Ghanaian songstress, Sista Afia has revealed that she has never been nominated for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs).
The ‘Jeje’ singer bemoaned on her inability to bag a VGMAs nomination when she appeared on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra which was monitored by zionfelix.net.
“I have not clinched a VGMAs nomination before,” she told the host, Dr Cann.
Following her shocking revelation, Dr Cann was surprised and questioned why it’s happened that way.
Some entertainment pundits who were present at the studio were also stunned.
Reacting to this, controversial entertainment critic, Mr Logic called for more time to deliberate on VGMAs and other related awards.
He was not happy about VGMAs organizers failure to recognize some hard-working talents in the country.
