Actors James Gardiner and Richard Asante, popularly known as Kalybos certainly got guest at the Ghana Movie Awards which came off yesterday December 30, 2018, at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra wondering if they are not in the wrong profession.
It was just beautiful and lovely when the two actors decided to take their turns to sing some beautiful songs to entertain industry players, fans and all who were at the awards night even though they are not known to be musicians.
The ‘Amakye And Dede’ actor, Kalybos was the first to hit the stage. He performed ‘The Sound of Victory’ by Maurette Brown Clark in such a beautiful way such that many people wondered if he was the actual owner of the popular song. Aside his dexterity on the song, he superb stagecraft is something worth appreciating as well.

Just after Kalybos came ‘The New Adabraka’ actor, James Gardiner. Spotted in a beautiful all white tuxedo, he took the stage and performed two great songs. James ended the awesome display of his hidden singing abilities with R. Kelly’s popular ‘Storm Is Over Song’.
