Keche Joshua has praised Joana Gyan Cudjoe for maintaining professionalism in her dealings with music group Keche, particularly by keeping her role as the group’s record label owner separate from her marriage to Keche Andrew.

According to Joshua, Joana consistently ensured that personal matters between her and Andrew did not interfere with the group’s professional activities.

Speaking on Hitz FM, Joshua explained that whenever he and Andrew were involved in matters concerning Keche, Joana approached the situation in her capacity as a record label owner rather than as Andrew’s wife.

“Anytime Andrew and I are doing anything, she doesn’t come in as a wife. She does it as a record label owner, sits us down, and makes sure she clears any bad energy,” he said.

Joshua acknowledged that Andrew and Joana had faced various challenges over the years but said Joana played an important role in keeping the group together and focused on its musical journey.

He further noted that she deliberately avoided allowing issues within her marriage to spill over into the relationship between the two members of Keche.

“Andrew and I have been through a lot, but this woman makes sure that when it comes to us, you will never hear anything about us. Even if we fight, she tries to remind us where we came from,” Joshua stated.

According to him, Joana’s ability to draw a clear line between her marital relationship with Andrew and her professional responsibilities towards Keche helped foster peace and maintain professionalism within the partnership.

Joshua’s comments come shortly after Joana Gyan Cudjoe officially brought her professional and contractual relationship with Keche Global to an end after seven years.

The separation was announced on Monday, August 31, 2026, following the expiration of the agreement between Joana’s GEM Multimedia Ghana Ltd and the music duo.

While reflecting on the development, Joshua also suggested that the decision to part ways had come at an appropriate time, indicating that the separation could mark the beginning of a new chapter for both parties.

Despite the end of their professional relationship, Joshua’s remarks highlight the role Joana played during the seven-year partnership and her efforts to ensure that personal relationships did not undermine Keche’s professional journey.
