The respected media personality confirmed his resignation in a video shared by Sirr Joe on Facebook on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, following months of speculation about his future with the media organisation.
According to Kojo Dickson, he had received numerous phone calls and text messages from viewers and listeners who had been wondering why he had not appeared on radio or television in recent weeks.
He explained that he had intentionally remained silent, waiting for the appropriate time to publicly address the matter.
“I decided to keep quiet until the right time to speak, and I believe that time is now,” he indicated.
The veteran broadcaster revealed that he had officially resigned from the Angel Broadcasting Network and was embarking on a new chapter in his professional career.
